A few of our talented musicians performed solos and duets in Camden to raise money for our summer tour around the Midlands and London (13-16 July). We heard music from the 18th century up to the present day, and the performers supported us in bringing live orchestral music to people of all ages for free.
Johann Sebastian Bach: Violin Sonata in D (Anna Roder on violin)
Folke Rabe: Basta (Nicolas Kent on trombone)
Hans Werner Henze: Bass Serenade (Callum Duggan on bass)
Serban Nichifor: Carnyx (Seb Marshall on clarinet)
Sally Beamish: Takes Two (Corinna Boylan on cello and Ilona Suomalainen on accordion)
St Michael’s Church, Camden Town, London, NW1 9LQ
2 minutes walk from Camden Town Tube station on the Northern line
We are a charity and rely on donations to bring our music to people who don’t usually access live orchestral performances. With your help we can reach a wider audience, provide public performances free of charge and redefine the classical music experience. Donate now.
